THE POISE PROJECT: alexander technique for the 21st century
THE POISE PROJECT Team
To realize our mission, The Poise Project has developed a strategic model that can be successfully implemented by anyone who is motivated to do so, on a small scale or on a large scale, with guidance from co-founders Monika Gross & Rajal Cohen, and with support through our nonprofit infrastructure.
If you are interested in taking a leadership role to begin to build your own strategic grassroots effort in your local community, region, or country, please reach out to us for training.
