an Alexander technique based course for people living with Parkinson’s & their care partners
This course is funded by a Parkinson’s Foundation Community Impact grant and is free to all participants.
Dates: Mondays & Thursdays, January 18 — March 18, 2021
Time: 2:00pm—3:45pm (NOTE: First and Last Classes go till 4:15pm)
Location: We will meet together for this course live via Zoom due to coronavirus recommendations
