an Alexander technique based course for people living with Parkinson’s & their care partners

This course is funded by a Parkinson’s Foundation Southeast Community Impact grant and is free to participants.

If you are a person living with Parkinson’s, after you have registered, you will be contacted later to be scheduled for getting a pre-course survey over the phone.

If you are a care partner, you will be sent a link about ten days before the course begins, to complete an online pre-course survey.
