“POISED FOR PARKINSON’S”: an Alexander technique based course for people living with Parkinson’s & their care partners

Part of the "Alexander Technique for Parkinson's 2018-2019 International Year of Awareness" Initiative

This course is funded by a Parkinson’s Foundation NC Triangle Moving Day® community grant and is free to participants.

It is also part of an IRB research study through the University of Idaho.

If you are a person living with Parkinson’s, after you have registered, you will be contacted soon to schedule a pre-course assessment appointment and also an appointment to be given a pre-course survey.

If you are a care partner, you will be sent a link about ten days before the course begins, to complete an online pre-course survey.
