“POISED FOR PARKINSON’S”: an Alexander technique based course for people living with Parkinson’s & their care partners

Part of the "Alexander Technique for Parkinson's 2018-2019 International Year of Awareness" Initiative

These courses are funded by a Parkinson’s Foundation NC Triangle Moving Day® community grant and ar free to participants. It is also part of an IRB research study through the University of Idaho.

Dates:      Monday’s & Wednesdays, March 18 - May 8, 2019

Two Times:        3:45pm-5:15pm or 5:30pm-7:00pm

If you are a person living with Parkinson’s, after you have registered, you will be contacted soon to schedule the early pre-course assessment appointment and also an appointment for the early pre-course survey.

If you are a care partner, you will be sent a link to complete an early online pre-course survey.
