With our 2019 AFA Bi-Annual Spring Grant, we successfully delivered our course at two sites in North Carolina to care partners of people living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.  We used our 2021 AFA Bi-Annual Spring Grant to fund two ten-week Partnering with Poise courses using an innovative online delivery format via Zoom in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants were recruited from across the nation. Our 2023 AFA Bi-Annual Fall Grant will fund three courses in 2024.The courses are all free to participants.
